All volunteers are required to submit a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) form before volunteering at our schools.
If you have any questions about CORI checks, please contact Dr. Creeden at 978-887-0771 or via email at bcreeden@tritownschoolunion.com.
PLEASE NOTE: If you filled out a CORI form last school year or the year prior, you do NOT need to complete one this year. If you are unsure as to whether or not you completed a form, please check with the school office as they have a copy of the "cleared" CORI list.
