TREASURE CHEST:

The Middleton PTO, through the generous contributions of our parents and supporters, provides 100% of the funding for all of the curriculum-based field trips and programs to all students of the Middleton Elementary Schools. This year, the MPTO’s cost to provide these enriching opportunities for all of our elementary students is nearly $50,000. That averages out to approximately $60.00 per student! With your donation, we will be able to continue to provide this high level of enrichment and also reduce the number of fundraisers necessary throughout the year. A Message from MPTO

 


 

The Penny Drive is coming....starting saving your pennies for the fun, spirited and engaging competition that will ensue during February 1 - March 9. There will be ONE winner PER GRADE this year and each winner will receive an in-class Italian Ice party! Programs that will benefit are the World of Rope Jumping at Fuller Meadow and Everett Dance Theatre's Breaking Down for Science. The Middleton Board of Trade is generous to partner with the PTO again this year and pledging their alliance to raising money for the kids!

 


 

Gertrude Chocolates will again be ON SALE from February 27 - March 9. Just in time for the holidays! Catalogs and instructions on how you can make purchases and contribute to your children's school will be going home on February 27th. FAMILY GAME & MOVIE NIGHT is coming to Howe-Manning. The PTO is sponsoring an evening for the students at Howe-Manning (Grades 3-6) on Friday, March 9th from 7:00-9:00 PM. The kids will enjoy a movie (quite possibly "Diary of a Wimpy Kid 1 or 2), a variety of fun board games and organized games in the gym! This evening was made possible by the many suggestions of our fantastic 6th Grade Student Council. We will be needing several VOLUNTEERS for supervision of movie watchers and game players as well as a few DAD's to help organize and facilitate some games in the Gym. THIS EVENING CAN ONLY HAPPEN WITH HELP FROM PARENTS. If you are interested in helping, please email Vicky Dimino.
