The Fuller Meadow School Council has created a new form that can be used instead of hand-writing notes to your child's teacher for dismissal to Scouts, Exploration Station, etc!
The form can be accessed in two ways: Word format (you can customize your own form with your child's name, teacher, and grade!) or PDF format (to be printed and/or copied).
